This penthouse, on a 7th floor with elevator, has two double bedrooms (in one of them there is a bunk bed) with a closet, an individual wardrobe, a complete bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a fully equipped American kitchen with microwave and washing machine. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Air conditioning and heating are installed. The two living room balconies have a fantastic view of the Port Vell (Old Port) and the skyline of Barcelona. You can comfortably sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of incoming fishing boats, as well as pleasure cruise ships. The unique view inspires the human senses, depending on the day or night, enjoying the most beautiful sunsets in which you can see the sun hide between the Palace walls on Montjuïc mountain. The back room balcony offers an outline view of the area, surrounded by a romantic ocean border near the Vila Olímpica towers.
The apartment is in an excellent location at the popular fishing area of La Barceloneta. There is a 6 minutes walk to Les Rambles, Plaça Catalunya, Born quarter, Barri Gòtic, etc. The most beautiful beaches are just at 3 minutes walking. In the nearby area, very close to the building, you will find some of the best restaurants of Barcelona. There is a public parking garage in front of the building, as well as metro and bus stops.
This apartment is just next to OLD PORT I and OLD PORT III, so the three of them can accommodate up to 18 people.

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
