This wonderful apartment is in the first floor of a traditional building in the old city. It has a surface of 55 m2 and is placed just in Les Rambles, the most famous street in Barcelona!!! It has two bedrooms with two single beds on each, so can acomodate 4 people. The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower, fully equiped american kitchen, open living/dining room. Everything is there for your total comfort: heater, air conditioner, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, TV, CD player, and the complete household appliances.

The location of this apartment is one of the best in town!!! You are just in Les Rambles, where the life never stops, and also very close to the sea, if you prefer to relax. You have a subway station at a few meters, as well as bus and taxi stops. There are also several parkings very close to the apartment, and a lot of restaurants, shops and all the services you may need. You can go walking from the apartment to almost every point of interest in the city!!
This apartment is also very interesting for big groups , because it is just wall to wall with Colon I, so both of them can accommodate a total of 16 people.
THE MINIMUN PRICE OF THIS APARTMENT IS FOR 1-3 PEOPLE. FOR 4 OR MORE PEOPLE THE ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED. |

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
