This apartment has a surface of 70 m2, on a 2nd floor with elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds (that you can put together or separated) and a bunk bed, and another double room with two single beds (you can also put them together). A sofa bed in the living room makes a total of 8 sleeping places. There is a complete bathroom and a toilet. The living room, that includes an American kitchen, is connected to the 8 m2 terrace, where you can enjoy romantic moments under Barcelona’s moonlight.
The apartment is fully equipped with heater, air conditioner, fridge, oven, washing machine, CD player, TV, and the complete household furnishing. You won’t miss anything: towels, linen, pans and pots, kitchen complements, everything that you may need during your stay.
The apartment is located at the heart of the city. Les Rambles is the most famous and plenty of life street in Barcelona. You can easily walk to popular sites of interest: Les Rambles, Liceu theatre, cathedral, Picasso Museum, Plaça Catalunya, Montjuïc, Passeig de Gràcia (and the emblematic modernist work of the famous architect Antoni Gaudí), etc. You are also at a short walking distance from the Port Vell (Old Port). Just around the building there are quite a big amount of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical and good quality meals. There is a public parking garage in front of the building, a Metro station (Liceu Theatre) and a bus stop.

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
