It has 2 double bedrooms, another bedroom for 4 people (with two bunk beds), plus a double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, separate spacious kitchen fully equipped with micro-wave, oven, washing machine, and a dining room. All the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the dining room have large windows (from the floor to the ceiling) with a fantastic view of the beach, the sea, the coast and the city. The apartment has air conditioner and heating, and it is fully furnished for groups up to 10 people.

Being located between the famous districts of La Barceloneta and the Olympic Village, it offers you the best visit in Barcelona: 15 minutes walking distance to Les Rambles, the cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Sagrada Familia, etc. There is a bus stop and taxi just next to the entrance of the building, which gives you the possibility to go to Les Rambles within less than 5 minutes. Also a short walk takes you to the Metro station (Ciutadella).The apartment is located right to the beach, together with some of the best restaurants and cafés with terraces of the city. |

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
