The best location in Barcelona: Les Rambles 89, the beautiful corner house at Boqueria market. This apartment, on a 2nd floor, has 4 amusing balconies to Les Rambles and Boqueria market. Drinking your morning coffee, you can watch the city wake up and see all the way to the harbour and to Plaça Catalunya. In the backside there is a sunny and charming terrace overlooking the whole Boqueria market. The terrace is equipped with a set of garden furniture, so you can enjoy there delicious dinners under the moonlight. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with 2 single beds that you can put together, and another one with two double bunk beds. In addition, a double sofa bed in the living room, making a total of 8 sleeping places. There is a TV with international channels and a stereo CD player, air conditioner and heater, a full set of plates and pots and anything you need to cook and bake for 8 people, a dinning table, and very nice linens and towels.

Les Rambles is the finest and most famous shopping street in Barcelona, with hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops. In Plaça Catalunya, just 100 meters away, there are bigger stores like El Corte Ingles and FNAC. The subway station is in front of the building, and there are plenty of museums and places of interest within a 10 minutes walk.

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
