This charming loft is in the first floor of an old-town typical building, totally rebuilt during 2003 with a high quality standard. It has a total surface of 65 m2 divided in two levels: 50 m2 in the main level and a 15 m2 room in a second level. The loft has a room with two single beds (that you can put together), a second room in the high level, also with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. It has a complete bathroom with shower, and an american kitchen in the living room. The loft is equipped with heater and air conditioner, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, TV, CD player, and the complete household appliances.
From the living room balcony you can feel Barcelona’s downtown essence: Comtal street is part of a pedestrian area full of local shops, plenty of life during the day, but also very quiet and safe during the night.

This loft is placed just at 1 minute walking from Catalunya square. You have also a very short walk to Les Rambles, Cathedral and Gothic quarter, Palau de la Música, Passeig de Gràcia (where the famous Gaudí buldings are). The main access to Comtal street is through Portal de l’Angel, one of the most prestigious commercial areas of Barcelona.
One of the biggest advantages of being so close to Catalunya square, is that you have all the transports that you need to move around Barcelona, and also to outside areas: 2 subway lines, most of the bus lines, and the trains that take you directly to the Airport, Sitges, Girona, Figueres (Dalí museum). In Catalunya square you will also find the main stops of the Tourist buses (for Barcelona tours) and the main Tourist Information Office.

For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
