The apartment has two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom and an extra toilet, a 30 m2 living room, fully equipped American kitchen, a 40 m2 private terrace, and 5 balconies. It also includes high quality complements such as a wooden floor, a heater, and an air conditioner. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people.

The apartment is located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. There is a fantastic view of Les Rambles from the balconies and the terrace. You can easily walk to popular sites of interest: Les Rambles, Liceu theatre,the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Plaça Catalunya, Montjuïc, Passeig de Gràcia (and the emblematic modernist work of the famous architect Antoni Gaudí), etc. You are also at a short walking distance from the Port Vell (Old Port).There is a beautiful garden on the apartment’s terrace, where you can enjoy romantic dinners in the center of the city. Just beside the building there is an excellent Irish pub, where you can have good quality meals. There is a public parking garage in front of the building, a Metro station (Liceu Theatre, and Drassanes tube stop). For reservations of 7 nights or more there is a 10% discount.
Last minute discounts: ask for a discount if your reservation starts during the next 7 days.
For every reservation there is a cleaning fee of 50 €.
There are some special events during the year (F1 Grand Prix, Sonar Festival, Christmas and others). For these periods special prices will be applied.
For the reservation we require a deposit. This deposit has a charge of 3,5% corresponding to management expenses.
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 18:00 pm. If your arrival is earlier, please let us know it in advance. The day of your departure, we need that you leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am.
Late
arrival costs:
For arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is a charge of 30€.
